You can choose to have your gifts sent directly to the recipient anywhere in New Zealand or anywhere in the world! Our team aims to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours (excluding weekend), if for some reason there is a delay on your order our friendly team will contact you to discuss and assure a satisfactory outcome.


DELIVERY CHARGES - NEW ZEALAND

We offer FREE SHIPPING on ORDERS over $100 in New Zealand both North and South Island* 
  • STANDARD COURIER 2-3 working days for $5.99 - $6.99 to all urban & business addresses in NZ.
  • URGENT COURIER 1-2 working days from $8.99
  • PO BOX addresses at no additional charge.
  • We deliver to RURAL addresses for an additional $3.99. Please note that these orders may take 1-3 days longer to arrive, due to the rural mail services in NZ.
  • We offer both Authority to Leave & Signature Required option on Delivery. Signature required is a additional cost.
  • We offer Saturday Delivery from $15, not available to all addresses, please see below for more details.
  • We offer a PRIORITY SERVICE for $2.99 at the cart, this is not a shipping fee but a priority services & urgent dispatch service.
  • All INTERNATIONAL shipping is dependent on weight and will be calculated at the checkout, if you would like a quote please contact us.
  • E-GIFT VOUCHERS can be dispatched electronically at no additional cost.

    Delivery Information By Region

    WAIKATO 

    PRIORITY SERVICE

    If you choose priority service (at the cart) your order will skip to the front of the queue and will be processed first and sent on the next available courier run. This is not a delivery fee, it is for a priority processing & dispatch.

    COURIER INFORMATION

    November 2020 Update: Due to an increase in "porch pirates" operating over the Christmas period we highly recommend selecting the Signature Required Shipping option as we nor the courier company can be held liable for stolen goods.

    Our orders are sent via PBT Courier & Courier Post for speedy and efficient delivery 1-3 working days to most NZ addresses. Rural delivery can take 1-2 days longer. All parcels are tracked. If you require a signature on delivery please ensure that you select a signature required option at the checkout.

    URGENT ORDERS & SATURDAY DELIVERY

    If you have a super urgent order or require a Saturday delivery, please select these options at the checkout, Saturday deliveries must be received no later than Friday 2pm NZST and can not be guaranteed but we will always go out of our way to get the parcel delivered in time and as quickly as the courier service allows!


    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - UK, USA, CANADA, EUROPE & THE REST OF THE WORLD

    International orders are shipped by New Zealand Post’s International Air Mail 3-10 days or International Courier 1- 6 days. Shipping is based on weight vs destination and will be calculated at the checkout, if you have any problems or need assistance please contact us.

    Additional Charges on Overseas Orders - All countries have their own custom regulations so we can not be responsible for import fees, duties, tariffs, taxes or other import charges which may be payable in other countries.

    If a parcel is returned to us due to a customs issue or delivery failure. We will not be liable to refund the item or delivery charges. We will cover the cost of the items to be redelivered to the sender if in New Zealand. 

    Please note we can not send any items which have magnets or batteries overseas as these are prohibited for export from NZ.

    INSURANCE

    All orders are insured until delivered. Once an order has been delivered to the client specified address it is considered completed and Funky Gifts will not be held responsible for any items that are lost, stolen or damaged after delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged, please inspect before signing for the courier and contact us immediately.

    YOUR OBLIGATIONS

    It is imperative that during the order process you enter the correct delivery address. If there is any client error in the address specified, re-delivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge. It is your responsibility to promptly advise Funky Gifts if an order is not delivered when expected. We will then contact the Courier Company for clarification and arrange for prompt delivery. Funky Gifts will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.
